Bad news for former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Dana Wilkey. According to a new report, Wilkey has been indicted on federal fraud charges.

Wetpaint reported Thursday that Wilkey was charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aiding and abetting, along with two other people.

According to the FBI website, however, Wilkey is not charged with lying to the FBI. Wilkey was reportedly arrested at her home in Miami and appeared in federal court on June 19. She was released on a $250,000 bond.

When Wilkey was on Real Housewives, she was most famous for wearing a pair of $25,000 sunglasses. Wilkey left the show after Season 2. She was billed as a friend of the Housewives and close friend to Taylor Armstrong at the time.

"Everyone in the cast got along fine with Dana," a show insider told Wetpaint in 2013, "but she never developed her own storyline. And instead of creating a lot of drama like Brandi [Glanville] did, she was just kind of there."

"Everyone thinks Dana's a great person," the insider added, "but it came down to whether or not she could add anything to the show."

Glanville was also a "friend" that season, but was promoted to a full-time cast member in Season 3 along with Yolanda Foster.

Season 5 has reportedly added Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson to the mix, along with Glanville, Foster, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards and Lisa Vanderpump. The show is expected to return in the fall.
