In a recent interview with AICN, Jake Johnson dished about his character in Jurassic World.

Jurassic World To Release In 3D?

While the actor didn't give away too much about his role, he did have some interesting bits to offer.

"The only think I can give you about my character that's fun in terms of nerding out about Jurassic is that my character loves Jurassic World and Jurassic Park," she said. "We're playing with this idea that they know the legacy of the park. But that's all I can give."

The interviewer also tried to get out more specifics about Johnson's character by stating that he knew that Johnson was a "tech guy" who is running the park from the "control room for a while."

In the piece it is stated that Johnson looks nervous while responding: "You said that, though, not me."

In an interview with Vulture in March, was pretty specific about his character.

"You know, it's not real dinosaurs," he said. "I'm the tech guy. I'm the guy in the booth, so I don't get to wrestle around with the dinos. That's Chris Pratt and Bryce Howard. They get to do all that." 

The Jurassic Park films are based on Michael Crichton's series of novels about pre-historic beasts being revived by revolutionary gene technology. Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are co-producing the film alongside Steven Spielberg, who directed the first two installments in the franchise. Bryce Dallas Howard, Irrfan Khan and Ty Simpkins also star in the movie.

The film will hit theaters on June 12, 2015.
