While the new season of Boardwalk Empire premieres on HBO in just a few weeks, star Steve Buscemi (Nucky Thompson) wrapped up the season one finale of his AOL web series Park Bench with a very familiar guest.

Fellow Boardwalk Empire star Michael K Williams (Chalky White) stopped by to chat as little about his early career, as well as join Buscemi for an improve acting class.

Buscemi asked Williams what he'd been doing during his "off-season" from Boardwalk Empire, to which Williams replied that he's playing a bookie in the upcoming 2015 film The Gambler.

Buscemi asked the actor if he's ever been concerned about being typecast, to which Williams laughed and explained, "no, I'm afraid of not eating."

During the brief, informal interview Williams talked about his early career as a dancer, and how that led to his "breakout" role on HBO's The Wire. "I had no thoughts of being an actor," he admitted, "Then I started doing a ton of movie videos."

In terms of advice for young actors trying to break into the industry, Williams gave some very simple advice. "This business is just like everything else… you have to study…" he explained, "Be on time, be prepared, and never give up."

AOL's Park Bench consisted of around 13 episodes for its recent debut season, with each episode running about fifteen minutes in length. Buscemi spent these episodes meeting with different personalities and chatting on a park bench in New York with sometimes improvised, sometimes scripted bits. The humble series was deemed a "deconstruction of the talk-show" by The New York Times, which gave it an overall mediocre review back in May.

Boardwalk Empire turns to HBO for its fifth and final season on Sunday, September 7 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
