Why Didn't Alana Bloom See Dr Lecter's True Identity On 'Hannibal'? Caroline Dhavernas Explains

Dr. Chilton (Raul Esparza) also had a run in with Dr. Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) during season 2, but instead of being forced to feed his own visage to Will Graham's dogs, the hospital administrator was shot in the face by Miriam Lass. While Chilton will survive his latest injury, he will be slightly disfigured as a result.

"The opening of Episode 4 is a lot of fun, featuring all the many ways Chilton has been disfigured," said series creator Bryan Fuller, according to Fashion & Style. "And it's all about how everyone who has survived is disfigured in some way, and what Hannibal has taken from them, and what they're going to do to get those pieces of themselves back."

What Will Dr Lecter Cook While On The Run During Season 3?

The members of Dr. Lecter's "Mizumono" rampage will probably also make an appearance in this episode. Jack Crawford, Will Graham, Abigail Hobbs, and Alana Bloom all sustained life-threatening injuries during the season 2 finale, and those who survive will undoubtedly sport a few scars - both physical and psychological.
