Teen Wolf's tale of deputy Parrish is heating up, and not just in the figurative sense.

Dylan O'Brien & Shelly Hennig Talk Stalia Fight & Peter Hale For 'Teen Wolf'

The baby-faced cop took a gasoline bath on Monday night, and his latent supernatural powers came bursting out as he battled for his life. Butt naked and extremely irate, Parrish (Ryan Kelley) arrived back at Beacon Hill's sheriff station a changed man, albeit none the wiser as to what mythical creature he actually is.

"I think a lot of people will want to know, including Ryan Kelley," teased series creator Jeff Davis on the "Perishable" edition of Wolf Watch. "We keep a lot of secrets, and often times we keep secrets from the actors. But I will say it's very interesting whether he's impervious to all things or just to impervious to fire or whether it's something else."

Unfortunately, viewers will have to wait until season 5 to find out the answers to those burning questions. In the meantime, Davis has given fans a few interesting points to mull over.

If only Parrish had kicked the bucket when attacked by the Oni in season 3B, then we would know if the seemingly indomitable deputy could pop back to life after any deadly attack. Based on the current circumstances, however, the smart money appears to be on Parrish being a Phoenix of sorts.
