It looks as though Jennifer Aniston doesn't mind getting wet for a good cause. The Hollywood actress has finally taken the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which has taken social media by storm lately.

"Hi, I'm Jennifer Aniston and I accept this ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from Justin Theroux," the star said in the 40-second clip. "I'm going to make a huge ginormous donation and so should you."

In the video, a very nervous Aniston nominated her close friends Courteney Cox and Chelsea Handler for the challenge, along with America's Got Talent judge Howard Stern.

Meanwhile, it looks as though Aniston might have 'shaded' Cox in a new interview. Rumor has it that Cox is furious with her best friend Aniston for apparently shading her in a new interview in which she slams women who get plastic surgery done on their faces.

Specifically, Cox thinks that Aniston made personal jabs at her when she said in an interview that she would never consider getting botox or "messing with her face" because her fiancé Theroux "would put a gun to her head."

Aniston, who opened up about her beauty regime to Yahoo last week, says that Theroux would take to extreme measures to make sure she would never "mess with her face."

"There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless," Aniston told the site. "I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s--- into my face."

A source told Star Magazine's print edition on Friday, "Courtney is upset that she made the remarks publicly, but this certainly isn't a shock to her. It's happened many times before."
