It looks as though the bitter feud between Kate Gosselin and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin won't go away. The ex-couple are now at war over her new earnings with her television specials on TLC and apparently Jon wants a cut of her pay.

Kate Gosselin Admits That She Sometimes Cries Behind Closed Doors  

Although Jon is not appearing on the specials, he still thinks he deserves a paycheck because his eight children are on the show.

An insider close to the former reality stars tells Radar Online on Friday, "Jon's trying to get a percentage of Kate's TLC salary for the new Kate Plus 8 specials."

Apparently, Jon is looking to cash in as he's had difficulty finding a job and income after having quit show business several years ago.

"He has no stable job, no steady income, and now he's trying to tell Kate that if she doesn't give him a cut of the money, he will claim the kids hate filming and they are being forced to do it," the source explained.

It looks like Kate though is not buying into Jon's demands as she's refusing to give in.

The source added, "He's all bark and no bite. Kate has absolutely no intentions whatsoever of giving him any money. He doesn't have any right to it anyways! He's waived all of his rights as a parent by forgoing all child support payments."

Jon and Kate divorced back in 2010, after having slammed each other in the media for their foul parenting ways. The ex-couple have not been able to reconcile amicably since their split.
