It was revealed that the North Parke Street would be closed for a day for filming, and a private residence and a church in Aberdeen.

Season 3 To Feat. Frank Underwood's Response To Islamic Terrorism?

The show was being shot on Tuesday, earlier this week, and the crew was spotted setting things up around the city's legion hall which was metamorphosed into the "Bettenberg Union Hall." The report gave a pretty detailed description of how things were set up and other information about filming.

The third season of House of Cards is predominantly being filming in Maryland, where the first and second seasons were also shot. Initially, the continuation of filming of the third season of the Netflix series was fraught with troubles over the past few weeks as the producers weren't getting permission from the State of Maryland. But the issue was finally resolved on April 25.

The show creator Beau Willimon has been pretty active about posting images from the set and of other show-related developments, but he has also been extremely cautious about giving away any spoilers, so most pictures are meant to take fans behind-the-scenes but don't hint at plot reveals.

Recently, Willimon shared all the Emmy action surrounding the show with fans. He posted photos on Twitter from the Emmys night on August 25, featuring Kate Mara and Michael Kelly.
