The speculation over who would potentially be making a cameo appearance in the highly anticipated Magic Mike: XXL has been going on for months, but Channing Tatum may have confirmed two names who aren't going to be a part of the movie.

Cody Horn Confirms She Won't Be In 'Magic Mike: XXL'

While appearing on The Ellen Show September 10, the actor and producer of the film, whose original was loosely based on his own life as a stripper in south Florida before he became famous, Tatum admitted he would have loved to have Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt and The Neighbors star Zac Efron in the film-but it doesn't look like the two hunks will be taking off their clothes for this movie.

"You want to put so many people in it, and so many people wanted to do it," he told Ellen Degeneres. "I wanted to put Chris Pratt in the first film, but he couldn't do it because he was filming Parks and Rec."

Alex Pettyfer Shows Signs He Won't Be Returning For 'Magic Mike: XXL'

After DeGeneres chimed in to say Pratt was looking good these days, Tatum agreed before also talking about Efron and saying that he was sexy as well.

"Zac wanted to do it....sexy man...I wanna see that guy naked," he said.

While Joe Manganiello, Matt Bomer and Adam Rodriguez all confirmed they would be returning to film Magic Mike: XXL, rumors have flown that Alex Pettyfer and Matthew McConaughey would not be back for the new film-though those have not been confirmed.

The only person who has confirmed they wouldn't be in the new movie was Cody Horn, who portrayed Tatum's character's love interest in the original movie.

"I'm not in it," she told Vanity Fair. "The story to the sequel was kind of always around, and there's no room for a girlfriend in that."

"Of course I'm bummed, but we spent a lot of time talking about it, and I completely agree that it does not make sense to have Brooke in this movie," she added.

Magic Mike: XXL will open in theaters July 1, 2015.
