Jennifer Aniston showed off a new hairdo in two photos posted by her hairstylist on Instagram.

Chris McMillan, who has been fixing Aniston's hair since her days on Friends, put her hair up in a stylish braid. The two posed together for one photo while the other revealed the back detail of Aniston's hair.

"@instabraid @livingproofinc #cantlivewithout #jenniferaniston #mygirl #up," he wrote as the caption for the latter.

McMillian previously shared a photo of the 45-year-old in August also experimenting with the braided look. In the photo, the Horrible Bosses star sported a side fishtail.

Both looks are far different than Aniston's normal style. The actress - who makes headlines any time she changes her look - usually opts for straight and loose hair.

Last November, Justin Theroux's fiancee also shocked fans when she debuted a significantly shorter hairstyle. McMillan cut her long locks in late October and the actress revealed that it was hard for her to adjust.

"It wasn't for a role. My hair went through a phase-I did this thing called a Brazilian and my hair did not react really well to it," the We're The Millers star told Elle U.K. on Nov. 1. "The minute I cut my hair I want it back. Always. It's a guarantee. I'm trying really hard to love this one."
