Their baby girl is officially here, and The Place Beyond The Pines co-stars Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes could soon make their family official with a wedding.

It's A Girl For Ryan Gosling And Eva Mendes!

After news broke that the couple was expecting in July, many wondered if having a baby would bring the couple to the altar, and though nothing has been confirmed, reports indicated later that month that the two were planning a low-key affair.

"The one thing they agree on is there'll be NO guests. Ryan can't stand big parties and wants it to be kept under wraps between Eva and him," an insider allegedly told Heat Magazine at the time.

"Eva loved how Megan Fox did her wedding in 2010-with no one but her husband Brian Austin Green's son and the pastor there, so she's got the same thing in mind. She knows it could upset her family, but she doesn't care. She's marrying the man of her dreams and, if that's the only way he'll agree to it, then fine."

Eva was reportedly set on exchanging vows on the beach, but her 33-year-old beau would prefer something more low-key.

"He wants a registry office in New York of LA. He doesn't want to travel," the insider adds.

Sources told the magazine that the pair was planning to wed by the end of this year, after they'd had a few months to settle in as parents, though Gosling reportedly didn't believe the two should marry just because they were expecting a baby together at first.

"Ryan doesn't think they need to marry just because they are having a baby," sources told OK! Magazine when the story first broke about the couple's expectant news. "But Eva believes it's important to have their lives fully intertwined."
