A large amount of secrets in Port Charles have been threatening to surface, and now, one major one that could cause huge amounts of catastrophe is about to be unveiled on General Hospital.

Kiki Tries Telling Franco The Truth About Carly & Sonny

Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny's (Maurice Bernard) secret hook-up has slowly been leaking to others-and not the wrong people may have heard about it and could use it to potentially destroy several lives.

Rosalie (Linda Elena Tovar) overheard Kiki (Kristen Aldersen) telling Morgan (Bryan Craig) the secret-and will now use it as part of her plot with Nina (Michelle Stafford) to destroy Kiki's life-and share the truth with Michael (Chad Duell).

Michael & Morgan Warn Franco Not To Believe Carly

"Know what?" Kiki asks Michael in a preview clip for the Friday, September 19 episode.

"The secret you and Morgan are keeping from me," Michael replies.

Nina will also try to use the secret to break up the friendship between Franco (Roger Howarth) and Kiki, because he will be crushed to learn his friend didn't tell him his girlfriend was cheating on him.

"Rosalie heard something," Nina tells him the clip. "You should hear it too."

What Nina and Rosalie don't know however, is that telling Franco about Carly and Sonny will unleash an even larger can of worms-one which will see Franco taking Sonny down by turning him in for A.J.'s murder. Not only would Sonny wind up in prison for the murder, but the truth coming out would destroy the relationship he has with Michael, who would disown him for killing his biological father.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
