It looks as though Kelly Hyland was desperate to leave Dance Moms, but had to stay on the show because she was supposedly under contract. The former reality television star recently admitted that she would also never allow her children to be on television again, let alone work with their former dance instructor, Abby Lee Miller.

Abby Lee Miller Not Returning To The Show Because Of Her Lawsuit?

Hyland, who allegedly had a physical altercation with Miller while on the show, hinted that her reality television days are over. She responded to a fan on Twitter by saying on Monday, "I tried (sic) for two years to get off the show I wouldn't go back to be on ANY team!"

Just last week, Hyland took to her Twitter account to slam the controversial dance instructor.

When asked by a Twitter follower if Hyland court's battle with Miller will ever end, she responded with, "I think she likes spending New York City's tax money."

Back in August, Hyland was called an "unsophisticated woman from rural Pennsylvania" by her lawyer who apparently did not know about the legal ramifications that came with signing her contract for the show.

The Los Angeles Daily News reported, though, that Hyland indeed knew what she was signing, according to a lawyer for Collins Avenue Entertainment LLC, the production company that she is suing. Both attorneys reportedly "clashed" while in a Los Angeles court this week as Hyland is also suing Miller for defamation and an on-air altercation that was filmed by the show last season.
