She may only be joining the Magic Mike franchise for the first time, but Jada Pinkett Smith isn't feeling threatened by the amount of hunky men she'll be working with on the XXL sequel film.

While appearing on The Queen Latifah Show September 22, the actress dished about being a part of the sequel film, but blew off Latifah's joke-like jealousy that she would be working with some of Hollywood's sexiest men every day-and that they'd be bearing their buff bodies while doing it.

"How can you not be excited it about it? Show some of that beefcake she's gonna be around every day!" Latifah said on the show before letting a promotional poster from the first movie flash across the screen.

"You've got to know that I'm used to being around beefcake like that because you know who I live with,"Pinkett-Smith joked back, referring to her husband of 17 years, actor Will Smith. "So I'm used to that kind of beefcake-ness in my environment. I can handle it."

Pinkett Smith also dished about the role she has in the film, and while she couldn't reveal much, she did confirm that her role was initially written to be a male character, but it was later changed to be a female.

"Channing and Gregory and Warner Brother really took a chance, there was a character that was written for a male, that they wanted to turn into a female," she said.

"Soo....does that mean you're going to be dancing?" Latifah asked.

"Noo! Not one of those men, no, no no!" Pinkett Smith laughed.

Pinkett Smith isn't the only female actress who has signed on to the sequel film. She will be joined by Andie MacDowell and Amber Heard as well.

Magic Mike: XXL opens in theaters July 1, 2015.
