With the premiere of Survivor: San Juan del Sur Wednesday night, one of the seasons' more famous contestants was voted out, which will anger their loved one.

Jeff Probst Reveals Who Is 'In Trouble' In 'Survivor' Season 29

Nadiya Anderson, one half of the "Twinnies" featured on two seasons of The Amazing Race, was voted out first during the Survivor: San Juan del Sur premiere, leaving her twin Natalie Anderson behind. This will rattle Natalie in the second episode, according to a new preview from host Jeff Probst.

"One thing you will see is Natalie's reaction to her sister being voted out," Probst told Entertainment Weekly after the premiere. "It definitely sparks a fire and what's fun is they find out at Hero Arena when the other tribe walks in for the challenge. So there is all this energy and then we go right back into another hero challenge. Good times!!"

John Rocker Might 'Target' Fellow Player Who Recognizes Him on 'Survivor: San Juan del Sur'

Probst also previewed that there would be a negotiation during the meeting of the two tribes.

"Oh, one other thing happens at Hero Arena. Want a hint? It involves a negotiation and it's the kind of negotiation that brings me such joy and rarely happens."

This could be the same Hero Arena meeting featured in the John Rocker-centric promo that aired before the season. The promo, which has since been removed by CBS, features the controversial former baseball player criticizing Natalie, saying that she looks like a man and saying, "I thought you were supposed to lose weight on Survivor."

Survivor: San Juan del Sur airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
