The actor proved he knew his stuff and received a perfect score. He knew Fat Tony, The Artichoke King, Teflon Don and Sammy the Bull were all real guys. Piazza even knew many of their real names. He was also able to correctly categorizing Pepe, Crazy Harry, and Johnny Fiama as Muppets, with Gonzo being a "trick question" as there was both a Muppet and a real person.

"I have my gangster-Muppet street cred?" he joked, "Good."

Piazza has made a name for himself played the infamous Lucky Luciano on HBO's prohibition drama. Half-Italian himself and a New York native, the actor read up on Luciano upon first getting the role. He also looked into the time itself, making him quite the authority when it comes to gangsters.

So what's next for the actor? According to the Calgary Herald he might just give writing a try. With production completely for Boardwalk Empire, he has some time to figure out his next move.

Boardwalk Empire continues on HBO with its fifth and final season Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
