MTV's latest TV show Happyland aired its opening episode on Tuesday night and new details have already been released from one of the actors who revealed what's coming next.

That same day, Hollywood Life posted an interview with Ryan Rottman who plays Theodore on the series. He dished on how his character will be involved in the story that revolves around two teenagers who work together at an amusement park when they fall for each other only to realize that they might be brother and sister.

"My character keeps it all together," Rottman told the site. "There's this big twist between Lucy (Bianca A. Santos) and Ian (Shane Harper)- could they be brother and sister, if they kiss? That kind of drives the season, and I'm kind of the glue that keeps everything together from imploding."

The actor added some more detail on how his character is the only one who doesn't get involved in a romance at this point. So he basically becomes the one in charge of everyone else especially since his family runs the park.

"I see myself as a chess master," Rottman said. "I move all of the employees and the characters around the way that I see fit...babysitting these kids is a full-time job."

Despite being in charge, it might get ahead of him since Theodore might becomes less of a likeable character.

"I get to be kind of a hard ass," the actor said. "People are going to have a love-hate relationship with my character."

Happyland airs on Tuesdays at 11 p.m. ET on MTV.
