The network announced the news when they released the first promotional picture of the season with the ladies, sans Williams. The reality star turned radio co-host confirmed the news on her Instagram page. She shared photo of herself with a large "X" covering it.

She added the caption, "No more peach for me, but I still love checking in with my girls" #Blessed #SomethingMajor #JustHereToSlay #TeamPorsha".

Fans immediately commented on the news and some expressed their anger that she was given the boot while her arch nemesis Kenya Moore remains on the show.

"Crazy Kenya gets to stay! Apparently you can be BULLIED and THREATENED and not be able to defend yourself! Great message @bravoTV Great message! It takes two to tangle! If they both can't stay they both should go! #fastforwardingkenya #RHOA".

Another added, "I'm gonna miss you @porsha4real smh.....don't know why they don't get rid of crazy Kenya #teamporsha".

Some even fired shots at newcomer Claudia Jordan, who is not only an ally for Moore, but was spotted flirting with Williams' ex-husband in the explosive trailer.

A fan wrote, "Wish you still had the peach. Hate Claudia already! That professional jumpoff! At least, you're still on the show!"

It is not clear why Williams is not returning. But many assume Bravo's decision is connected to Williams' attack against Moore during the Season 6 reunion special. Still, some viewers told Williams to be happy she escaped all of the drama by not being invited back to another season.

One commented, "Good for you Porsha, the show is going to go away in a near future anyway. Smart move" while another added, "Girl be glad you're away from that drama and people judging your life."
