It looks like another popular couple might be getting engaged in the final season of Fox's Glee, based on a tweet from one of the cast members.

Naya Rivera, who plays Santana on Glee, tweeted a not-so-cryptic message to her followers this week, prompting some to wonder if her character might be getting engaged.

"Popping a very important question today at glee! ;-)" Rivera tweeted Monday afternoon. Her tweet received several excited responses, many of which connected that this probably meant Santana would be "popping the question" in the final season of Glee.

As it stands now, Santana would be proposing to Brittany (Heather Morris), unless something changes in the dynamic of their relationship. It could also be a dream sequence or a joke or anything else, but Rivera's tweet has certain caught the attention of the Glee fanbase.

Rivera's Santana is expected to return early in the new season along with many of the classmates who graduated with her. They are returning for the second episode of the season, called Homecoming. She is expected to sing such hits as Take on Me by A-ha, Problem by Ariana Grande featuring Iggy Azalea, Mustang Sally by Wilson Pickett and Home by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.

Glee is expected to return for its sixth and final season in early 2015 on Fox, though the network has not yet scheduled a specific return date. The final season will only be 13 episodes long, a cutback from the usual 20-22 episode orders for the first five seasons.
