It looks like Abby Lee Miller's problems won't be going away anytime soon. According to a new report, former Dance Moms star Paige Hyland is suing the controversial dance instructor for assault.

Abby Lee Miller Not Returning To The Show Because Of Her Lawsuit?

In a lawsuit filed last week, the 13-year-old dancer claims that she was in "constant fear" that Miller would harm her because of her alleged aggressive and violent behavior.

According to Gossip Cop on Friday, Hyland said she had "reasonably feared she would be physically injured because she had observed Miller physically batter other people on the show including physically pushing Kelly Hyland's (Paige's mother) face, pinching another student until she bled and violently grabbing another student by the arm."

In addition, the claim also states that "Miller even tossed a chair during a confrontation with Paige, while Kelly Hyland was not present, causing Paige to run from the room terrified as she feared she would be physically injured by Miller."

It also claims that Miller is often abusive to her students while she bullies them and provokes arguments just to get a reaction out of them.

Paige is seeking damages of over $25,000.

Meanwhile, it doesn't look like mom Kelly's war of words with Miller is over just yet. Back in September, she took to her Twitter account to slam the controversial dance instructor.

When asked by a Twitter follower if Kelly's court battle with Miller will ever end, she responded with, "I think she likes spending New York City's tax money."

Back in August, Kelly was called an "unsophisticated woman from rural Pennsylvania" by her lawyer who apparently did not know about the legal ramifications that came with signing her contract for the show.

The Los Angeles Daily News reported, though, that Kelly indeed knew what she was signing, according to a lawyer for Collins Avenue Entertainment LLC, the production company that she is suing. Both attorneys reportedly "clashed" while in a Los Angeles court this week as Kelly is also suing Miller for defamation and an on-air altercation that was filmed by the show last season.
