Santana and Brittany are indeed becoming engaged on Glee next season, as confirmed by E! Online. According to the spoiler report, they are getting engaged in the final season's third episode.

Rivera tweeted in early October that she was "popping a very important question" on Glee, leading fans to speculate that Santana would be proposing marriage to Brittany. With the E! Online report confirming this, it's actually a pretty big spoiler to be revealing when the show's final season hasn't even aired yet.

Despite disappearing from the show at the end of last season, Rivera returns to Glee at the beginning of the final season. She is set to return in the second episode of the season, titled Homecoming, in which Santana and many of her graduated classmates return to McKinley High.

According to recently leaked song spoilers, she will be singing Take on Me by A-ha, Problem by Ariana Grande featuring Iggy Azalea, Mustang Sally by Wilson Pickett and Home by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros with other cast members during the episode.

Glee is set to air on Fox at some point in early 2015, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date. However, it has been revealed that the final season will only be 13 episodes, a decline from the usual 20-22 episodes.
