Stevie Wonder has filed for divorce from his wife of 11 years Kai Millard Morris.

Wonder filed divorce papers on July 26 under his legal name Stevland Morris, according to documents obtained by TMZ today. He cites irreconcilable differences and seeks joint custody of their two children.

Wonder also agrees to pay spousal and child support.

The pair parted ways since October 2009, according to the papers.

Wonder and Morris, a fashion designer, have two sons Kailand, 10, and Mandla Kadjay Carl Stevland Morris, 7.

Papers confirm some of the music legend's assets will be divided but the amount has not been determined yet.
