After celebrating his double win at Wimbledon, tennis superstar Andy Murray may also have a reason to rejoice a third time; as he vaguely hinted at making a proposal to his longtime girlfriend Kim Sears.

According to The Independent, when the athlete was questioned on whether or not he had any plans to marry his significant other, he gave the following response:

"I have no plans to get married just now. I am still fairly young... but we'll see,"  Murray said.

After taking the gold medal against current rival Roger Federer in singles competition, the Scottish athlete climbed his way up to the Wimbledon Centre Court guest box to give his other half some tenderly love with a smooch and an embrace.

The 25 year-old superstar had the following to say regarding his very public display of affection:

"It certainly wasn't planned. It is just the kind of done thing," Murray also stated, according to the U.K. news site.

"At Wimbledon, everybody does it, especially when it is the first time, to go up and spend that moment with the people who are with you all the time," he added.

Having been together since they were just teens, the couple had been successful thus far in keeping their relationship extremely private; up until the loving spectacle that is. They had met in 2005 at the French Open when she was just 17.

Sears is 24 years of age and possesses a degree in English Literature from the University of Sussex.  She currently runs an animal portraits business and has recently begun to showcase her work on her newly built website.
