Christian Bale's Batman voice was (and still is) mocked for its over-the-top intensity, but will Ben Affleck's Batman sound any different for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice?

Ben Affleck's Batman Allegedly Has Two 'Batsuits' Plus A Shirtless Scene In Film

Jennifer Garner, Affleck's wife, recently spoke with Empire Magazine (via ComicBookMovie) about what his voice sounds like in the film.

"We were not privy to the Batman voice at home, but I've been on set enough to hear bits of it. It's spot on," Garner revealed. "Growly and decisive and sexy, if I do say so myself! Exactly what you would hope it to be!"

'Batman v Superman' Movie Cast Grows Even Larger; Almost 'Avengers' Sized

Based on Garner's comments, it sounds like Affleck's voice may not be too far off from Bale's, though perhaps a little less intense.

There has not been any video footage from Batman v Superman released to the public thus far into production. It is expected that Affleck's Batman will be featured in the first teaser trailer, which is anticipated to be released in December, potentially attached to The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.

Batman v Superman features Affleck leading an all star cast that includes Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth.

Other actors set to appear include Jason Momoa as Aquaman and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled for release in theaters on March 25, 2016.
