People around the world are eager to find out if Officer Darren Wilson should stand trial in the fatal shooting of Brown and earlier this morning, CNN reported that a grand jury proceeding is scheduled for Friday for what some are saying could be the final session.

While jurors do have until January 2015 to make a decision, the prosecutor's office said that a decision should be made this month.

The grand jury must decide whether probable cause played a role in the crime that was committed or if the accused is simply guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

During an interview on AC 360 with Anderson Cooper, Mark Geragos and Sunny Hostin, CNN Legal Analysts, viewers learn that the D.A. could hold the decision for up to 48 hours before realizing a statement to the public.

The Brown case surrounds the Aug. 9 shooting of Brown, an 18-year African American male who was fatally shot by Darren Wilson.

The shooting, which occurred in Ferguson, Mo., has sparked a series of protests and unrest in the St. Louis suburban area, in part because it is believed that Brown was shot due to racial tensions between the black community and the Ferguson Police Department.

Violence has taken over the streets of Furguson and the people are demanding justice.
