Anna and Kristoff found love during the first movie, but could this character appear in the sequel to the Disney animated hit to try and woo Queen Elsa?

Disney May Be Looking To Make 'Frozen 2' Soon

Franchise Herald speculated on Wednesday that Jack Frost could appear in Frozen 2 as a possible love interest for Elsa. They added that the character was last seen in 2012's Rise of the Guardians, but they wouldn't be connected due to the latter film being from Dreamworks.

As noted by the site, Queen Elsa and Jack Frost both are able to control winter, and would probably be good companions for one another, save for one thing: the rules and obligations part. While Jack Frost is all about fun, Queen Elsa undoubtedly will be bound by responsibility as she reigns her kingdom by the end of Frozen.

'Frozen' Returning To The Big Screen In The Form Of A Short Film With Elsa, Anna, Olaf & Kristoff

Although Queen Elsa and Jack Frost could pose a possibly charming combination, their speculated love affair will most probably lead to bigger conflicts.

Frozen is set to return in the form of a Broadway play and a set of short films throughout 2015 so there is still some time between when the character will return for a full feature.

It would be an interesting direction for the franchise to take by giving Elsa a love interest and having her more focused personality go against the fun-loving Jack Frost would surely create a handful of entertaining and sweet moments.

Disney released a new schedule of their upcoming animated films and with the lack of Frozen news, it could mean that the sequel won't be coming until 2018 or later.
