Khloe Kardashian has been separated from husband Lamar Odom for nearly a year, but her motion to file for divorce may be dismissed since the reality TV star hasn't taken any action.

Kardashian hasn't gotten through the separation easily considering she tends to post cryptic messages on Twitter and Instagram about her relationship with him. For instance, on Tuesday she shared an extremely emotional post on Instagram, which included a heart emoji as the caption.

She has been romantically linked to French Montana, but she still hasn't set the proper motions to actually become divorced. Things are idle.

Radar Online reported Thursday that in court documents they obtained that a notice of case review default was submitted by Judge Scott Gordon on Oct. 9 notifying Kardashian that the divorce petition could be dismissed for failure to take any action.

A source told Radar Online, "Khloe has been told by her attorney, Laura Wasser, that she could file a motion to have the divorce granted, even though Lamar hasn't formally responded.

"Becoming legally divorced would allow Khloe to move on," the source added.

The source said Kardashian is very despondent about her personal life. "It's very sad," the source said.

Kardashian just dropped a bombshell this week in a new clip from her reality TV show, Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons, in which she tells her mom that she wishes she was still with Lamar. Watch the clip below. Kardashian becomes very distraught as she shouts, "If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar! Like even right now today I wish I was still married to him!"

Maybe Kardashian wants to reconcile with Odom or maybe she just isn't ready to fully commit to a legal divorce.
