Despite all of her efforts in promoting the film with the media, it doesn't look like critics are buying Horrible Bosses 2. In fact, the dark comedy is getting slammed harshly by critics who are calling it one of the worst films of the year.

Aniston plays a sex-addicted dentist in this follow up of the 2011 film which also stars Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day as "not murderers and not kidnappers" Nick, Kurt, and Dale.

Critic Kyle Smith of the New York Post hints that Aniston could have skipped this film for other note-worthy roles instead.

He said, "With her $100 million-plus from Friends, Aniston must have better things to do than play a crazed sexpot who likes it when dudes go potty on her, or invites the boys to an orgy because 'I got a lotta holes to fill.'"

Claudia Piug of USA Today seems echo the same sentiments as she says, "This ill-conceived sequel to 2011's entertaining Horrible Bosses is base, moronic, insulting and vulgar. It's also cringingly unfunny."

Max Nicholson of IGN News took a different approach before stabbing the movie, saying, Horrible Bosses 2 lacks originality and suffers from a mediocre script. Overall, the sequel is enjoyable, but you'll probably forget all about it after you've left the theater."

Horrible Bosses 2 hits theaters this Friday.
