Alina Kovalevskaya might be one of the ultimate life-size versions of a Barbie doll, but one of her latest photos takes on a different kind of approach to her style that's rather mythical and surreal.

The Ukranian model took to her Facebook page on Monday to post a selfie where her piercing eyes look into the camera. While her complexion is clear and nearly flawless, the main thing that stands out about her is her long red hair.

The bright shade is almost a ruby color that one would not typically find on the average person. It may be a dyed color, but as it flows down her body, it draws out the eye more than anything else.

Kovalevskaya is only one of the human Barbie dolls to exist. Two other famous girls who have taken on the look include Valeria Lukyanova and Lolita Richi.

In a video from Barcroft TV, Kovalevskaya mentioned that she knew who Lukyanova was although they're not friends.

"I have had certain misunderstandings with her after which we ceased to communicate," the model said about Lukyanova. "I realized that she is not a person with whom I would like to talk to or even be friends."

Kovalevskaya also revealed what it is about her that makes her resemble a children's toy.

"I look like a doll," she said. "I like big eyes, little nose, small plump lips. I love long hair, my hair is a meter long."
