He took the first step and called a treatment facility and confessed his issue with drinking alcohol excessively and using other substances. While he was unsure about spending lots of money on getting help, Kourtney, who is pregnant with their third child, reassured him he was making the right decision.

Kourtney then went and told her sisters about Disick's decision. She started by telling Kendall Jenner, who went with Kourtney to the doctor in Los Angeles.

"So, Scott might be going to rehab tomorrow. Well first of all, he's just like severely depressed. He just makes up whatever pills he thinks he needs to take. And then if you drink with it, I don't think it's good. And stuff like that."

She went on to tell Jenner that he does want to get help, but is "just scared."

Kourtney then revealed to cameras that she wants Disick's treatment process to be completely up to him.

During the episode Disick said, "I've gone over this in my head so many times to try to live a cleaner life, and for some reason I just keep going back to the same routine. I've pretty much become a broken record.

"And I'm sick of hearing myself talk about the problems I have that I don't fix. And I've always known for a long time I did need to get some help to get to a better place."
