Kardashian is currently pregnant with her and longtime boyfriend Scott Disick's third child, which was recently announced to be a boy.

But word is that she wants to have liposuction to prevent toting around any access baby weight after giving birth.

A friend of Disick told Radar Online Friday, "She's freaking out about losing the weight. All she can think about is getting the baby out, because she's dying to get rid of the weight. She's stressed about it and looking into seeing how soon she can do liposuction after giving birth.

She's trying to see how long she has to wait. She asked her doctor if she can get it done right after the baby and they said no. So she was getting a second opinion."

Still, Kardashian recently spoke with DuJour magazine and said she actually enjoys being pregnant and feels sexy when sporting a baby bump. But the source also told the entertainment news site that her comments and even her nude photo shoot was a coverup for how she really feels. They added that she used Kim Kardashian's weight gain during her pregnancy with North West as motivation to watch her own figure this time around.

"The nude magazine spread was a front because she's not happy on the inside about her weight. With the other pregnancies she hadn't been as bad with gaining weight and this time she was very cautious not to blow up like Kim. Kim's issues with [losing the baby weight] made her super conscious of it."

The insider also confirmed that this will be Kourtney's last child.
