Despite the fame that came with appearing on the highly rated show, Wright made a shocking decision to leave the show after its second season, where a lot of drama seemed to play out between her and her fellow housemates in Athens, Ga. - specifically Ryan 'Daddy' Richards, whom she reportedly hooked up with. For the first time since announcing her plans to leave the show, she is finally opening up about why she is truly moving on from CMT, and her plans for the future, including becoming a first-time parent with boyfriend Dalton Elliott!

Check out what she had to say about the show, being an expectant mother, and what her next steps for the future are when she sat down and talked exclusively to Enstars.

First off, congrats on the pregnancy! How are you feeling?

I'm feeling good, rather plump! [Laughs] I'm just kidding! I've just got a little bump above my c-ter.

And do you know yet if it's a boy or girl?

I do not. I'll find out in like, mid-December.

How's the search for any possible names going? Anything narrowed down yet?

Yes, I do have names but I can't tell! I don't want you to steal them! [Laughs]

So, what made you initially decide to do Party Down South?

My neighbor had gotten the casting call...he did a show back in the day, and so he got emails and casting calls and stuff like that all the time and he was just like, "You need to apply to this!" And I was going through my divorce with my ex, and I was kind of down and out and just not feeling it, and he was like, "This is so you, you need to go and do this."...So I go on my computer and I just start typing away...I was just so honest on my application I knew it probably caught their attention. Or they said that "this girl is freaking crazy! We need to have her!"

You were criticized a bit on the show, because you were partying and drinking, but you did also promote your Christian values and beliefs. How did you handle that?

Well, I think about it like this. Jesus was perfect, and he was crucified and murdered. And this happened 2000+ years ago, and he's still the most popular and awesome man ever. So if he can be crucified for all of our sins, I can be crucified for believing whatever I believe.

So when exactly did things start between you and Daddy before season 2?

Daddy and I hooked up like...October of 2013 and then that was it. And our drama was basically the safest thing that could be played...It unfortunately was [the focus of season 2] and I think it's sad for both Daddy and I, because we were such good friends, and even today, if he ever called me and needed anything, I would just drop whatever and be there for him.

When news broke that you were leaving the show, one of the reasons that was reported was that you were concerned for your safety. Would you care to explain that a little bit? Were there any specific instances that made you question just how safe you actually were?

Well, I knew there was a possibility that I could be pregnant. And with all the drama and the stress that I went through on season 2 and how I saw people flip-flopping, it was just the time for me where I needed to grow up and make a decision for me, and for my safety and mental health, and for my baby if I was really pregnant. And that's obviously not an environment you want to be in. I've seen people do it on TV, but that's just not for me.

So you've still had no contact with anyone from the show since you quit? Has anyone reached out to congratulate you on the pregnancy?

I don't want to name drop, but a few have privately reached out. I'm sure they haven't told each other...but I have had one or two reach out and congratulate me and actually apologize for the things that they've said about me and put on social media and stuff like that. And I immediately forgave them. I forgave them when they said it because I have to. That's what I have to do to keep myself going and I know I never want to bash the show or anyone and I won't; that's not my character.

Is there anything you regret about the experience of being on the show?

I regret going into season two with a boyfriend. Me and Grant weren't dating - we decided to start dating the day they came and picked me up and America doesn't know that, so it looks like we started dating for God knows how long, but we decided to start dating, like officially, the day that they came to pick me up to leave and...that's just silly in general, who goes on vacation and decides to have a boyfriend the day before they go?

So I do have to ask. You recently posted that photo to your Instagram where you showed fans your baby belly. In the picture, it seems like you're wearing a ring on a very important finger...Do you and Dalton have another announcement you plan on making anytime soon?

I am not engaged, and I am going to have to start taking this ring off. This ring is on my right hand, but when you take selfies, everything's flipped...I have got to be more careful when I take selfies! But I have actually had this ring on my finger for probably three years. It's just a band that my daddy gave my momma. And they're divorced, but it's still special to me, so I wear it on my right ring finger. There is nothing on my left finger! [Laughs]

Do you think you guys have any plans to get married though in the future?

I don't want to just get married because I'm having a baby, so I want to have the baby, and see how well we parent together and see because our relationship will probably change a little bit, like we'll be going from little lovebirds to being parents, so I want to be able to grow into who we're gonna be, and then see if we want to take that next step. I just don't want to get married to each other because I'm having a baby. Let's see how well we parent together, and just let life take its course.

Fans have been petitioning pretty hard to get you back on TV. Do you think you would consider doing another reality show in the future, or maybe if that opportunity arose, would you consider becoming an actress on a sitcom or a drama series?

I definitely, definitely would like to become an actress. That's something that, after I pop this baby out and get back into shape, I want to pursue...I definitely want to audition for some movies, if I don't have a spin-off by then. I've been approached by numerous production companies about a spin-off, so I don't think the issue is if I can get one, it's just more of working it out legally and deciding if it's something that I want to do.

Overall how much would you say Party Down South changed your life, and would you say it's for the better or for the worse?

I think it changed me in that it made more people know who I was. It's made me stronger, some of the things I've been through, but I've been through a lot in my life, just as a normal person, so I've always let adversity strengthen me...I definitely think it made me stronger, it made me wiser, like all adversity does, but as far as changed me, it didn't change me at all. I'm the same person I was three or four years ago, it just made people know who I was.
