Jennifer Aniston says now that she's getting older, she's more comfortable with her life and her appearance and has a "F*** It" attitude when it comes to her critics.

According to The Mirror on Saturday, Aniston says that at 45, she feels she has more freedom now than she ever did before about showing audiences different sides of her personality.

She said, "Getting older you get more comfortable in your body and with who you are. You have more of a f*** it attitude. Now, I think there's just more of a freedom and a comfort. And none of it really matters, as long as you're enjoying yourself, having a really good time and not hurting other people."

Jennifer Aniston Is Feeling Pressure To Get Pregnant From Her Family 

As far as how she feels being in her mid-forties, Aniston added, "I've never had a problem with that. I'm so much happier with how I feel about myself than I was when I was in my twenties or early thirties. Over the years I discovered a kind of inner calm that helps me deal with things, and have a philosophical and practical perspective."

The Hollywood actress also credits her fiancé Justin Theroux for putting her in a "good place" in her life right now.

She said, "Things feel much easier in my life now and I'm anxious to do more traveling this year and not work as much. Justin is a really good man."

Aniston and Theroux have been engaged since August 2012. So far, they have not set a wedding date.
