Karen Gravano and Natalie Guercio aren't each other's biggest fans and during Wednesday's episode, they meet face to face for the very first time.

This introduction was unlike any other, and of course the drama erupted very quickly because what would Mob Wives be without drama?

Gravano called Guercio a "cop caller" and a "rat," and Guercio didn't respond to well ultimately leading to a physical showdown between the two.

It's no secret that Guercio likes to stir the pot a lot and it's become evident that she is the center of all the drama.

She didn't like the fact that her boyfriend London and Gravano's boyfriend Storm were engaged in a conversation and she literally went crazy.

On a more peaceful note, Drita D'avanzo and Renee Graziano sat down to clear the air.

During the premiere episode, viewers watched as D'avanzo and Big Ang gave Graziano the cold shoulder and of course Graziano wasn't having that.

These two have been friends for about 20 years, and Graziano didn't want to loose her friendship with neither D'avanzo nor Big Ang because of petty rumors spread by the newbie (Natalie).

Graziano assures her friend that the things said about her were simply rumors spread by the pot stirrer herself in order to manipulate D'avanzo and Big Ang.

If viewers know D'avanzo, then they know she will definitely be getting to the bottom of this chaos and she will find out who's been talking about her family.

Mob Wives airs on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. on VH1.
