Spencer's (Troian Bellisario) boyfriend will trade his wheelchair and crutches for a position in the police department by time episode fifteen rolls around. Titled "Fresh Meat," the Jan. 13 installment will quickly see Toby's (Keegan Allen) new job put him at odds with the Liars.

Hanna (Ashley Benson), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Spencer, and Aria (Lucy Hale) originally thought that their pal's involvement down at the precinct would give them an edge on catching 'A' and dealing with the Ali problem, but some surprising new evidence will leave Toby wondering who he should really trust.

Gun-shy when it comes to the police, Spencer won't be particularly pleased that Cavanaugh will even think of considering the suspicious intel.

Will Toby start to become as unhelpful and decidedly untrustworthy as the rest of Rosewood's police, or will the former 'A'-Team accomplice stick close to Spencer and her cause?
