Some miracles could be pulled on General Hospital just in time for the holidays.

Does Levi Have Something To Do With Maxie's Struggles?

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) has not been given the best news this holiday season concerning her custody battle for her daughter Georgie, after Judge Walters revealed he knew she had defied his orders to stay away from Nathan (Ryan Paevy). After promising her she would see her daughter for the holidays, Nathan will now try to pull a Christmas miracle for the woman he loves-even if it involves using some of his less legal connections.

"I really want to do this for Maxie," he says on the phone in a preview clip for the Monday, Dec. 22 episode.

Maxie Learns The Outcome Of Her Custody Hearing

"Do what for Maxie?" she asks as she enters his hospital room.

Meanwhile, the war to keep control of his territory against the combined efforts of the Jerome and Zaccara organizations is still going on between Sonny (Maurice Bernard) and Johnny (Brandon Barash), as Sonny secretly tries to track down where his enemy stashed his brother Ric (Rick Hearst) before the deadline that he was given to join the combined mob effort.

Now, with the deadline looming even closer, Sonny will demand that Johnny give him evidence that he hasn't already killed Ric, as he struggles to make a decision about the fate of his business.

"I need more proof that Ric's still alive," he says in the clip.

What Sonny doesn't know is that for now, Johnny has kept his promise and Ric isn't dead-and is being closely watched by Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise).

"It'll all be over soon," he says as he sits on the car trunk that his captive is stashed in.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
