It looks like Benzino has responded to reports that his former friend and Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-star Stevie J has been ordered to a month in rehab after testing positive for cocaine several times.

For the past few days Benzino has been sharing Instagram posts featuring a silly mini elf that he puts in compromising situations. While the first was funny and light, Benzino switched the mood just hours after news of Stevie J hit the Internet Tuesday.

Benzino Hints At Spinoff After 'LHHATL' Firing 'Stay Tuned'

In one picture the elf and Spiderman were drinking out of a funnel.

Benzino added the caption, "NOW THIS IS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE!! Now it's one thing if you wanna throw your OWN life away, but when you start to influence others to do wrong, well thats when you need to BE STOPPED! Now I'm not gonna judge SPIDEY, cause I know how someone can come in your life that you trust then all of a sudden he has you doing crazy ish, BUT C'MON YOUR FRIGGIN SUPERHERO SPIDERMAN!!!! You got kids who look up to you!!! NAHHH!' THIS ELF HAS TO BE CAUGHT ASAP!!! "

In the second photo, the mini elf obviously had too much drink as it was keeled over a toilet.

Benzino wrote, "Now look at you!!! Yea, now you all messed up!!!!ICant handle it huh???? Aint to funny now huh!!!! "

Fans quickly took to the posts to suggest that Benzino was referring to his former friend's legal situation.

One wrote, "The Stevie J shade tho!" as another added, "Stevieeee!"

Interestingly enough, viewers saw Benzino and Stevie J suffer a huge fallout and end their friendship. Benzino even accused Stevie J of being on cocaine during the reunion taping earlier this year.
