According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye want to bring a little brother or sister into the world for the adorable baby North to play with. But, this time around, Kim Kardashian is facing difficulties and struggling to conceive.

As her sister Kourtney welcomes her third baby, a beautiful boy named Reign, her younger sister has reportedly been in and out of fertility clinics with her husband Kanye West.

Reportedly, sources close to the couple say that the two visit a fertility clinic once a month to try and figure out why they have yet to conceive. Allegedly, they have been trying for nine months and would like to have a baby by Kim's 35th birthday in October, 2015.

Hollywood Life also reports that Kim had trouble getting pregnant before North, and that doctors believed that North was their "miracle baby."

As this is a touchy subject, neither Kim nor Kanye have spoken about their struggle to get pregnant. But, with great doctors and a whole lot of faith, hopefully things will start to look up for the couple.
