Sam (Chord Overstreet) may be "making a move" on Rachel (Lea Michele) when Fox's Glee returns, but it is under certain circumstances.

Fox has released a new plot synopsis for the fourth episode of the final season of Glee, an episode titled The Hurt Locker, Part One. The episode involves some shady dealings, including Rachel making a deal with Will (Matthew Morrison) and Sue (Jane Lynch) hypnotizing Sam.

"Rachel tries to make a deal with Will, so that his glee club purposefully underperforms at their invitational," the synopsis for the episode reads. "Meanwhile, Sue is busy meddling and hypnotizes Sam into making a move on Rachel to throw her off."

This episode is slated to air on Friday, Jan. 23 and will obviously be the first in a two-part episode, with The Hurt Locker, Part Two airing the following Friday.

Meanwhile, Michele and Overstreet recently discussed what it was like to be reaching the end of Glee, alongside several of their co-stars.

"I'm so proud of the work that we've done here over these six seasons," Michele admitted in a new video posted on Glee's YouTube channel. "I couldn't be more proud to have been a part of the show."

Overstreet added that he is "happy because it's such a huge accomplishment for this show. I am sad because it's the last season and I've had the time of my life and it's been a blast."

Glee is slated to return for its sixth and final season on Friday, Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. The premiere will be a two-hour event.
