Bow Wow and Erica Mena have shared several very important "firsts," since they went public. During the holiday season they shared their first Thanksgiving, their first Christmas, Erica's first real birthday blow out, Bow Wow's first (as we know) proposal and now have spent their first New Years celebration side by side.

As Erica left a very complicated 2014 behind (as well as her steamy relationship with her ex girlfriend Cyn Santana), she expressed her excitement for the year to come with a new post on Instagram. In a black and white photo, she declared to the world that she is prepared for the next chapter.

. Before sharing a romantic kiss in the back of their private car, the two celebrated in Miami with Usher and many more. Bow Wow shared a photo with the R&B singer, who just released a song called "Still Got It," with the Migos.

The couple looked great together during their night on the town. Erica rocked a black lack crop top and a white pencil skirt. Bow Wow rocked a matching white button down with glasses and black slacks.

A number of celebrities, including the newly pregnant Emily B, brought in the New Year in Miami. While down there, Mena ran in to one of the biggest stars of Netflix's hit series, "Orange is the New Black," Dascha Polanco. The two posed for a sexy photo as Dascha hugged the reality television star.
