BET's hit scripted series, "Being Mary Jane," returns in one month and after a great premiere season, fans and executives are gearing up for more complex storylines and relatable characters. In the two new sneak peek clips released from the upcoming season, Mary Jane encounters old love, new friends and new problems within her own family that will be sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats.

In the first clip, we see Mary Jane back in her messy relationship (or lack there of) with David. The two are caught in a passionate kiss before MJ realizes that they are playing the same old tune, and that soon, she will be the one left behind as he goes out to date other women. She walks away from David saying, "I just want to feel good about me," after confronting him about the various games he plays with her heart. He calls for her one last time, and MJ sternly says, "Leave me alone, David, seriously... Leave me alone!"

Then, in the second clip, MJ throws a good old night of drinks and dinner with close friends at her gorgeous house. They discuss everything from what it's like to be black in America and current economical issues. But, things take a turn for the worst when MJ and her baby brother bring up internal issues happening within their family before he offers a super low blow.
