Australian model Ruby Rose is apparently set to guest star on the third season of Netflix's Orange Is the New Black in a pretty significant role.

Rose, 28, appeared in this month's Elle magazine where it was revealed that she was cast in Orange Is the New Black in season 3. According to the Elle report, Rose will be playing a new inmate at the Litchfield prison but more importantly, she will serve as a "lust object" for Piper (Taylor Schilling) and Alex (Laura Prepon).

It is currently unknown how important Rose will be to the plot in season 3, though Piper and Alex both lusting after her could make for some fun episodes.

Piper manipulated Alex back into prison at the end of season 2, telling best friend Polly (Maria Dizzia) to tell Alex's parole officer that she was planning on skipping town. Alex will be returning to prison as Prepon will become a series regular again after the actress could only appear as a recurring guest star in four episodes during season 2.

Piper and Alex's relationship is one of the most complicated in the entire ensemble, with the pair frequently fluctuating between loving each other and absolutely hating each other. With Larry (Jason Biggs) now out of the picture, Alex pretty much has Piper all to herself now, but will she want to get back together with her if she knows that Piper is the one who orchestrated her return to prison?

Orange Is the New Black returns for its third season in mid-2015 on Netflix.
