Bethenny Frankel might be spending a good portion of 2015 in the courtroom again. After battling her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy in a nasty custody case over their daughter Bryn in 2014, Frankel will be back in court again, but this time for an on-going Skinnygirl case.

Bethenny Frankel Responds To Allegations Over Her Leaked Tape

According to Page Six on Tuesday, the Real Housewives of New York star is being deposed for a lawsuit against her about ingredients in her Skinnygirl Margarita mix.

Plaintiffs in the case say that the margarita mix has food preservatives, even though it is advertised as being "all natural."

Is Bethenny Frankel's Legal Battle With Jason Hoppy Causing Her Millions?

Unfortunately, that's not the only problem that Frankel is dealing with these days. She is also reportedly giving Bravo producers a hard time lately, as she is allegedly being "standoffish" and difficult to work with. The reality star was asked back on the show after originally quitting back in 2010.

According to Reality Tea back in December, Frankel isn't engaging with the other Housewives during taping, who are trying their best to incorporate her during scenes.

A source told the site, "The Bravo team's job is to set up conversations and to direct and create the action to some degree. So Bethenny was trying to stonewall them every chance she'd get."

The insider added, "When they asked Bethenny to come join Sonja and a group of her friends to leaf through the magazine and 'Ooh' and 'Ahh,' Bethenny refused, saying, 'I'm not an actress."
