The new season of the Real Housewives of New York hasn't even premiered yet, but it looks like Bethenny Frankel might already be throwing in the towel. There is a new rumor suggesting that the returning reality television star is threatening to quit if things don't start going her way on the show.

Is Bethenny Frankel's Legal Battle With Jason Hoppy Causing Her Millions?

According to Buddy TV over the weekend, Frankel is trying to keep out of the drama while Bravo producers are supposedly trying to throw her in the mix with her other Housewife co-stars.

A source said, "Bethenny is feeling the pressure to deliver" while she is being "pushed and prodded into confrontations."

The insider added, "Bravo has tried getting Bethenny in group situations, but she's not really having it. She feels these situations are too forced."

What's more, Frankel is refusing to talk about her personal life on the show this season, which includes her ongoing battle with her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, and their 4-year-old daughter, Bryn, who won't be shown on the show.

The source said, "Whenever her marriage is discussed, Bethenny walks off the set. She basically is refusing to discuss anything private."

Meanwhile, Frankel has gone on the record to slam critics that call her "too skinny."

In an interview with Mereith Vieira on her talk show, Frankel reveals that she was sick during the holiday season and that is why she might have appeared a little too thin in photos of her walking on a beach in Miami while in her bikini.

According to E! Online on Tuesday, she said, "Well, I was sick over the holidays. I don't know, do I look bad? Do I look like I need to eat a burger?"

She added, "I don't know. I feel like, 'Who cares?' They are always going to say something. I do have a brand called Skinnygirl, so I am going to get beaten up for it. It would be bad if I were overweight and had a brand called Skinnygirl, could you imagine?"
