It looks like Kim Richards has fallen off the wagon and the friends around her think she's drinking again.

During last night's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode, things got out of hand at Eileen Davidson's poker party.

Richards, who's been sober for quite some time now, looks like she's been drinking or taking something, and when confronted about the issue, things get very awkward and crazy.

Kyle Richards's Emotional Goodbye

When Lisa Rinna meets Richards to drive over to the party, Rinna immediately questions her sobriety and asks her friend is she's been drinking. 

Clearly, Richards has taken something because her entire mood has changed and she begins acting very aggressive.

Richards says that Monty (her ex husband who's dying of cancer), hasn't been home and it's made her upset.

After the ladies get to the party, Richards's sister Kyle is even shocked and she becomes concerned about her sister's well being.

Kyle makes a phone call in the bathroom, and then Kim explains that she's in pain and she took some medicine to relieve herself.

Things get pretty messy when Brandi Glanville tries to separate the sisters. There was some shoving and sadly Kyle was left in tears.

Before the poker party, the ladies attended a wine tasting, and oddly enough, Kim was there.

Wine tasting is probably not an activity a recovering alcohol should partake in, and fortunately she didn't, she had mango juice instead.

Maybe all of the alcohol has caused Kim to relapse, or maybe she did simply take some medication for pain.
