As rumors continue to circulate around celebrity couple Sean Penn and Charlize Theron, it sounds like a wedding may end up taking place in the actress's native South Africa.

Charlize Theron Dishes On Being Naked

On Monday, Channel 24 posted the details on the couple who are reportedly engaged and plan to have a "low-key" wedding. While Theron might like the idea of getting married in the country she was born, Penn might have another place in mind.

"She'd love to get married on the beach in her native South Africa, but Sean loves the idea of Cuba," a source said.

Charlize Theron Opens Up On 'Maturing'

It also looks like the two stars may want to keep their big day elegant, but simple.

"They want a low-key, classic and romantic wedding," the source told Life & Style. "They've also talked about a sunset ceremony in Malibu- black-tie but barefoot."

If this news is true, then this is a pretty big deal considering that Theron made it pretty clear before that having a wedding didn't seem to be her thing. However, if she does plan to keep it simple, then it might apply to what she told Vogue last May.

"I never had the dream of a white dress," the actress said. "And watching other people get married? I think it's beautiful for them, but to be quite honest, usually I'm just sitting there devastated. It's supposed to be this night of celebrating love, and all you see is a couple separated all night making sure everybody else is okay. It just looks like a lot of work."
