What happened between Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) and Rick (Jacob Young) has shocked Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) upon her return to L.A., but her surprise over the events won't keep her from being suspicious of Maya (Karla Mosley) and her role in the mess on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Brooke Learns About Caroline & Ridge

Even though Maya told her that Caroline had been unfaithful to Rick with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Brooke won't believe that Maya has been entirely innocent in the entire fiasco, and worried about her son and Maya's possible intentions that she won't reveal, she will begin to question the Forrester model about her possible secret motivations for moving so quickly with Rick.

"What are you up to?" she asks her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, Jan. 27 episode.

Brooke Returns And Confronts Quinn

Maya will then once again try to convince Brooke that she has only had Rick's best interests at heart and that she genuinely loves her son-but Brooke still won't be entirely convinced and will make sure Maya understands that she can be a threat to her happiness.

"I'm back," Brooke warns in the clip. "And I will be watching you."

However, she could soon become more worried about Rick's overall mental state after he returns home-and recounts the situation at Forrester that saw him shooting bullets into the wall behind Caroline and Ridge after he spotted them making out. And not only will Brooke become alarmed that he is not well and spiraling out of control, but Maya could begin feeling threatened as well-after Rick once again refers to Caroline as his wife.

"I had to get him off of my wife," he says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
