Camille Grammer is "very close" to netting roughly $30 million in her divorce settlement from actor Kelsey Grammer.

According to a report, the former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star will likely seal the deal on an agreement regarding sales of property they once owned together. The value of the former couple's assets is in the ballpark of $60 million based on the property value of 3 homes currently on the sales market. When all three houses are sold, the combined value will be approximately $60 million and Camille is entitled to half of the total sales amount.

The socialite is entitled to 50% of the assets because when the pair were married, her former husband was flat broke. Despite his earnings from previous hit shows he starred in, "Cheers" and "Frasier," his past drug problems dwindled his net worth. Camille's money management helped save the couple's fortunes.

The "Boss" star recently sat down with Oprah Winfrey in an interview that aired on Sunday, Aug. 26, and briefly discussed his marriage to the reality star. He revealed he knew his third marriage was over before the divorce.

"You already knew your marriage was over, it had already gone on too long, according to you, because it was over when it started and it was a facade," Winfrey said.

"Yeah, I did. And I did believe that I owed something to that person, that I owed fame," Grammer said, referring to Camille. "She had given up so much to just endure this horrible life she had with me."

Camille responded to her ex-husband's remarks about her, claiming she has "no ill will" toward her ex who said he felt obligated to give her "fame."

"I wish [Kelsey] no ill will and I have moved on," the 42-year-old told Radar Online.

The former Playboy model was married to the former "Cheers" star for more than 10 years before Kelsey filed for divorce in 2010. They have two children together and their divorce was finalized in 2011. The proceedings played out on the first season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

The "Frasier" star decided to split from Camille, his third wife, after he met Kayte Walsh, a flight attendant during one of his plane rides in 2010. Two weeks after his divorce from Camille was finalized, Kelsey married Kayte and the couple recently had a daughter named Faith.

Camille Grammer did not appear in the third season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"She's been in discussions and at the end decided she wasn't willing to expose her personal life anymore," a source told People Magazine in March, 2012.

Grammer starred in season one of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in 2010. The episode where she revealed that her now ex-husband Hollywood actor Kelsey Grammer wanted the divorce was reportedly the highest rated episode of the season.
