They've all been locked up in Pentonville for various crimes, but after realizing the dangers threatening their various loved ones outside of the prison walls, Sonny (Maurice Benard), Julian (Michael DeVry), Ava (Maura West) and Franco (Roger Howarth) are planning a huge breakout on General Hospital.

Ava In Danger?

Sonny and Julian were the first to decide they were going to plan on an escape, after working together to figure out just who Fluke really was. Since then, they've figured out that he is likely Bill Eckert back from the dead-and know they need to get out of the prison before he hurts everyone they love-especially their respective sons, Michael (Chad Duell) and Lucas (Ryan Carnes). And time is running out for them to successfully do so, as Fluke plans to throw a huge party aboard the Haunted Star which will have all of their loved ones aboard-and he intends to then cause the boat to explode.

However, their plans to escape have become more complicated since-now that Franco also intends to join them so he can rescue Nina (Michelle Stafford) from Heather (Robin Mattson).

The Pentonville Drama Is Kicked Up A Notch

Before they allow him to join up however, they will need reassurance from him that he won't turn the whole plot around and give the whole thing away to the guards.

"Don't worry, I'm not going to squeal," Franco insists in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Jan. 28 episode.

And though Franco will behave and not destroy the plan, Ava could inadvertently screw things up by revealing to Madeline (Donna Mills) that she intends to be with her when she is transported back to Port Charles-which is currently the only way they all know out of the prison.

"And when you leave in that van, I'm going to be sitting right next to you," Ava says in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
