Her being in Salem has caused Nicole (Arianne Zucker) to become increasingly suspicious of her, but even though Serena (Melissa Archer) has managed to successfully evade Nicole's attempts to expose her, her secrets could still be revealed on Days of Our Lives.

Nicole's Plans To Expose Serena Backfire

Serena has claimed many times that she is in Salem to do some important research, and has worked hard to win back her romance with Eric (Greg Vaughan)-but Nicole has continued to pop up and disturb things. Not only did she break into Serena's hotel room before New Year's, but she also recently stole files off of Serena's computer.

Thinking the files would expose Serena as a fraud, Nicole showed them to Daniel (Shawn Christian) and Eric, only to learn that the source who pointed her in that direction had become mentally unstable-which not only proved Serena to be innocent, but also made Nicole into a big fool. As a result, Nicole was left to defend her actions to Daniel, something she was unsuccessful at, and which caused her to lose him.

However, now that Serena is back at Eric's apartment again, her secret reasons for coming to Salem could be exposed after all, as she finds the true thing she has been searching for while snooping in his bedroom. She has secretly been after some specific pieces of Eric's African art-and now that she's found them, she could try to sneak in again and steal them before fleeing town. Until she makes a huge move to get them however, her continued interest could start sparking some of Eric's own curiosities-and she could risk exposing her huge secrets as a result.
